 2^nd Line Technical Analyst - Cardiff Office

We are currently recruiting for a 2^nd line support analyst for our Cardiff based office. The ideal candidate will be a confident and intelligent individual who is looking to work in a busy office environment.

Essentials:

3-5years experience working in an IT support environment

Microsoft Certified Professional

Prepared to be flexible in terms of working hours

Driving license with own transport (There will be visits to client sites)

Live within 20minutes of Cardiff

Desirable:

 Microsoft MCSE

Cisco certified

Experience of supporting Linux

Experience of supporting VOIP solutions
